DESCRIPTION:
The loader with a new design been developed to feed Bianco
automatic bandsaw machines NC control.
It is hydraulically operated and designed in a modular
systems, in order to make the assembly easier and reduce
the transport freights.
The standard version can load bars from 4 to 6 m long
for tubes, till 125 mm of diameter and till 80 mm for
solid material; on demand also with higher dimensions.
The NC control manages both the loader and the sawing
machine, it can make different measures with simplicity
for operation and to optimise performance for lengths
and cutting capacity of Bianco band saw machines.
The machines can be used apart of the unit with cutting
capacity as per technical data sheet.
