DESCRIPTION:
The 280 is a completely manual machine. It is small and
robust and particularly recommended for use in
structural
workshops that need to cut small lots with cutting at
an angle of up to 45 degrees right and 45 degrees
left.
The care taken with the machine's design and technical
features allow a high precision cutting and absolute
reliability.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
• Base with welded, standardised structure. • Bow
made out of die-cast aluminium and mounted onto conical
roller ball bearings. • Vice and bow support unit made
from spheroid cast iron, mounted on axial ball-bearings
with cylindrical rollers for exceptional smoothness during
bow rotation phase. • Pneumatic vice. • Reducer unit consists
of hardened and ground gears. • Adjustable widia blade-guide
slide blocks. • Low voltage electrical system in line
with EEC norms. • Embossed enamel Finish: RAL 3001 red
bow - RAL 7036 grey base.
STANDARD ACCESSORIES:
• 0 - 500 millimetre arm with checking. • Roller for
the bar setting. • Pneumatic vice.
ACCESSORIES AVAILABLE ON REQUEST:
• Material
infeed/outfeed roller track available in various sizes
with millimetre rule and manual or pneumatic mechanical
length stop to compensate for different measurements between
right and left cuts. • Hydraulic brake with electric skip.
• Mechanical blade speed variator 20/100 mt/1'.
